Mike, I ran posts for a couple months looking for a Contemporary body and got sent to the same people. Factory Five told me that the bodies wouldnt be the same thickness and didnt have the doors, hood or trunklid. So far I havnt found anyone who could sell me a real Contemporary body or even one built the same way using newer but correct molds. I think Ive settled on a midstates. The guys out there are helpful and the body comes as close to a Contemporary as Ive seen. Maybe someone will help us find originals but if not I'm headed to Nebraska this summer to pick up theirs. I have a set of "splash molds" for supposidly a Contemporary body. I have to make all the inner panels and improvements,ie: bigger footboxes, mods in back of seat area/trunk for double a-arm suspension, and a few others . All this won't be started untill December of this year. There are 2 other cars in front of this project, now if you want a Slabside, they will be ready in June, and the FIAs in October. Otherwise, the Midstates car is a nice quality piece, and great folks to deal with.

Do you have any photos of the body your molds were taken from? I have two cobra projects both of really good quality repro's. A contemporary (Needs body) and a Hi Tech Aluminum( that needs finishing). Given the state of some Cobra co's that are still around its amazing those two co's went under. I guess after all its not just the quality of the product that keeps a co in business.
