Default 600 HP Shelby Alloy 427

I have a Shelby aluminum engine going together for a customer that asked to back out of the deal due to the fact he ordered a 4000 series Cobra from Shelby and lost fath in the delivery. I returned his deposit and now have this engine in process. It will be digitly photo documented during assembly and the owner will get a CD of the build and dyno testing. This engine can be a 468" or a 482" and some other items can be tailored to your needs however it is in process so hurry before I lock in the package.
Some of you may not know me, My name is Mike LeFevers and my company is called Mitech in Orange County Ca. 714-572-3672(www.mitechengines.com) and we have a complete machine shop and superflow engine dyno facility. I worked for Carroll Shelby Enterprises for the last 10 years and did the development work on this engine for Carroll.
Thanks for looking.

I sent you an email but got no response, probably lost in cyber space. Is this the same engine that Chuck was selling here? Please email me Michael4yah@msn.com

Hello, it's been suggested that we include a short parts list & some pricing with this engine. Remember we are delivering a complete dyno tested 600 hp engine with alternator, carb, and oil filter adapters for a Cobra installation.

Shelby alloy block, Edelbrock alloy heads with stage II porting, Shelby or Erson roller rockers (Jesels add $400), LAE / Pankel or Velesco billet crankshaft (Scat cast crank -$1400), Shelby water pump, Shelby intake manifold, Shelby front cover, Shelby rocker covers, SFI approved dampner, Billet distributor multi spark ignition & rev limiter, Scat billet rods, Dual roller timing set, Titanium spring retainers & 10 degree machined valve locks, Aviaid "T" type oil pan, Custom forged pistons, & Holley carb.

The price for this engine is $20,662.00 with delivery in 4 weeks

These are some of the best parts money can buy and we are one of the best shops to assemble your pride and joy. Check around, we know you'll be back, this deal is too good to pass up!
We can also include at extra cost a McLoud dual disk clutch, aluminum flywheel, Lakewood belhousing w/cobra mods, and any type of transmission you would like.
Thanks for looking
Mike

Mike - just curious, was there any reason why you choose Edelbrock heads rather than Shelby?

The Shelby heads are very good heads but can cost about $1000 more the the edelbrocks. The customer did not see the need to spend the extra $$.

Thanks for looking.

I have a 392 crate motor with 2000 documented miles on it and am looking to upgrade. Its installed in my 2003 superformance cobra. Any interest in a trade plus cash.

Brad

Mike,

Left you a private message tonight regarding this motor. Not sure if I am doing everything right, so let me know when you receive it.

Thanks.
