I am interested in the engine and exhaust. I live in Southern California so pick-up should not be an issue. Please email me at oldboy001@charter. net or call me Saturday am at 310-283-4641.

on the heat shields, I decided to keep a set for my Blue Cobra, they are really easy to put on:
here's the Kit, ready to go on my Blue Cobra:
then I moved on to my unfinished Cobra to test the fit, I did not want to take a chance and scratch my paint !
This is how the clamps fit over the sidepipe:
then all you do is fit the shield on top and put the acorn nuts on! it is that easy, great fit too!
of course you have to remove the protective plastic to see al that shiny Stainless Steel!
here it is installed on my Blue Cobra:
BTW - only 3 sets left !

You say the wood steering wheels from the BDR will fit the Factory Five. Will it require having to redrill the holes in the FF5 hub or is it just a matter of bolting it on with no modifications at all? In comparing the pictures off the FF5 wheel and the BDR wheel the bolt patterns look different.
Thanks

Where can I get one of these shifters. It looks shorter than the standard BDR shifter.
Thanks

hi Let it be.
According to a BDR dealer (and he also builds FFRs) they bolt straight up on the FFR hub, I have one at home that I'll be trying on one of my FFRs just to be sure.
That shifter sure is a little shorter, I think we have quite a few. let me check and see if we have some available.
