FOR SALE: LeMans hardtop for 289 FIA, built by Unique Motorcars.
Currently painted Mercedes Brilliant Silver. Interior of top is painted with spatter paint (like GM used to paint their trunks). Lexan rear windshield is in great shape, as is paint. There is one small crack in the rear windshield between the edge of the Lexan and one of the retaining screws; also, there are some small scuffs on the driver's side where the top meets the windshield (these should polish out). Top is very lightweight, but you need two people to easily maneuver it due to the dimensions. Includes fuel filler extension/adapter to bring fuel fill up through the top, as well as Lexan side curtains for the doors; one panel slides for access to the door latch. Also, cotton flannel car cover is included to wrap the top in if you take off and store during fair weather seasons. Asking $3000, plus shipping & handling. Or, we are located halfway between Atlanta & Birmingham in Ranburne, AL, so I could deliver to either of those cities free of charge, or elsewhere within similar distance. You can also pick up if you want. The fact is - it will be cheaper and easier for all parties if we could avoid shipping; this thing is large, and requires pretty extensive crating according to the Weavers!
