What company and year was this produced, or is it home built? What engine is the mounts set up for?

The frame was built at least 15yrs ago, I don't know the manufacturer.
The engine mounts are set up for an FE motor and a top loader 4-speed trany. Whoever made the frame, had access to original blue prints and has done a fabulous job in reproducing this frame.

I think this would be out of my leage. I will need more instructions and made to fit parts. I will pass, but thanks for the information.
