3 bar knock-offs

Looking to purchase 3 bar knock-offs. Are they cast aluminum, forged aluminum, or stainless? Where are they readily available and at what pricing? I know there are several mfrs, which is visually the best?

Is this for pin drive or just look-a-likes?
If you need a true spinner for a knock off hub.
Trigo Wheels make a nice aluminum set.
