Leather Seats
I'm looking for a nice pair of leather seats for my E-M. If you have some, or know of anyone that does, and would like to sell them, please get in touch.
Thanks,
Cliff

LEATHER SEATS
We manufacture leather cobra seats with original steel frames.
Great for restorations or reproductions.
If you are interested give me a call or drop us a line.
Retail is 1500.00 but we have been thinking about running a special for around 1099.00 a set if we could move a few sets
Thanks,
Mike

LEATHER SEATS
Cliff,
Here is the photos you asked for, I e-mailed them as well. Since I had a few others ask about them I thought I would post them here also.
The seats are made steel frames made to original specs then covered with Porsche factory replacement hides. We stock them in black or we can do custom colors.
As we have gotten a couple of orders since the post. The price for CC members will be $1099.00 per set
Thanks for the interest,
Mike Kenney

Thanks Mike
I'm wondering how they mount and if they are on a slide frame, making them adjustable ? Thanks again and you will be hearing from me real soon.

Cliff,
The feet are drilled for mounting hardware, they can be bolted directly to the frame for racing or mounted on tracks. We have original track, but I hate to say they are expensive. You can use universal track from Recaro or other seat manufacturers. We can supply these as well if you like.
Thanks again,
Mike

Re: LEATHER SEATS
$1099 is a steal for original style Cobra seats. If anybody wanted leather seats, Mike is the place to go to!!

Mike,
I'm looking for some good quality carpeting to go with those seats I bought from you. I also need to get some leather from you to make door panels with. Do you have any pics of some door panels that I can use to make new panels for my car ? Unfortunately for me, I don't have real door handles, I have this old style cord release that's hidden inside the door panels with a pocket. Anyhow, let me know what you have and if you can't supply the carpet, do you know who can ? By the way, what ever happened with the seat tracks ?
Thanks,
Cliff
PS.....the seats are great guys, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really nice leather seat and the service was great as well, very fast and as stated.

leather
Cliff,
Yes, we can get you some matching leather and I do have carpet available.
I can send you photos of original door pocket and you can work out the differences in the doors. If you can send a photo of your door I'll take a look and give you some direction. As for seat tracks I have originals but they are up there in price. I am working on a more cost effetive set up.
Glad you liked the seats,
Mike

Here are the Dimesions:
Base 16" wide 21" long
Over all height 22"
Widens out to 20" at the sides.
which is up above most tunnels.
Also I hand the gys in the shop cut up a bunch of leather sample if anyone wants one sent out contact Barb @ bbnos@att.net
Thanks guys
PS as we make everything in house I can narrow a frame if need to fit any car.
Also, we have the original fiberglass race seats, and can ship a set with one race seat and one regular seat.

Mike:
Can you post a photo of the race seat, and is the price the same as two standard seats?

Bud Man,
I will have to take a pic of the race seat.
As for your question about cost.
It would be the same if you bought a race and a regular seat
If you bought just one seat the price is $700.00 this is with the steel frame and leather cover. We also make the seat in S, M, & L XL can be made 1" steps. Most of us were never the same size a Ken Miles. The molds where made from parts out of the original molds.
Thanks to Mike Shoen
I will post a pic ASAP
I'll drop it over in the parts for sale section as this thread started as a answer to a question not a for sale ad.
Thanks
Mike

Mike...here's the door panel
I tried to attach a pic of the door panel here but for some reason it's comes up as too big, not sure why that's happeneing. If you send me your e-mail addy, I'll send it to you and see what we can work out. It's a kind of a weird set up with this pull cord hidden in the panel pocket but it's what I have to work with. Please let me know what you think and send along some carpeting options as well. I want to get started on this part of my project ASAP, it's my last hurdle now...lol.
Thanks,
Cliff
