Default Laser Crystal Cobra Image

Hi Guys,

Many of you might have noticed the small crystal cubes (3D) with all types of images inside them. They are created using a laser. The laser creates little dots that compose a picture/image.

I was trying to find one with a cobra. Does anyone know where to get one?

I am going to load a sample picture to my gallery.

I know you can get a custome job done I was looking for an off the shelf item.

Thanks

My wife and I had a portrait done in Vegas. I know they can do it from a picture. If you are interested I will see if I can find the place. They said they can do it by mail.

Makes sense, but I would think you would have to have a stuffed Cobra to capture the 3D effect.

Stuffed Cobra: Something like DV's Cobra with a V-10 maybe,,,

That's true. You only get the 3-D effect when they take the image.

I found a number of places on the web that will do it from a picture. When you do it from a picture they call it 2D or 2 1/2D (something like that because it has some depth to it. It's not just a flat 1D picture.

To get a full 3D image the car would have to be scanned or designed on a computer. That is why I am looking for an off the shelf item.

Pretty cool technology. I would like to see it in person.

Hmmm... how about taking a 1/18 scale model of a Cobra to one of these places?

I thought about the model idea myself but I think it is a lot more expensive if you go that route.

I have two crystals in my Cobra Collection both are the actual Cobra Snakes, cost only $4.00 each. Evertime I go to a Flea Marget I look for another crystal.
