Hi Jim,
I'm in the process of pulling my 393 and T-5Z out to replace it with a Dart 446 and TKO-600. Mine's from a late model 351 Mustang Cobra and has a .68 5th. It's clean, shifts smoothly without incident or noises and has been flawless for me.
Email me if you're interested... I really haven't put a price on it yet. I had planned on eBaying it, but if you need one this one's nice. Also have a McCloud clutch and pressure plate for it as well as the bellhousing and quick shifter.

Thanks Bill and Bill for your responses!! I have passed them on to my friend Greg, who is looking to add a 5sp to his Shelby GT-350 to help with driveablility (decrease RPM at highway speed).
