Default Need inner tie rod end for 1989 CCX

I need an inner tie rod end (passenger side) for an XKE R &P steering assembly on my Contemporary Classic 427 SC. The stock piece measures 7 1/4" and needs to be modified with a tublar sleeve (.005 tolerance) which when installed lenghtens the tie rod to 8 7/16 " . My problem is I don't know the year of the R & P assembly and cannot find any serial numbers. Help.... any with info., leads, etc. will be greatly appreciated. I can't drive the car over fifty. My Contemporary uses a manual steering rack from a 1967 XKE.

Tie Rod End,

Mine is late 60's XKE as well. Try to match at vintage Jag dealer. Moss motors or try SNG Barratt.
