Some more Florida questions

This is an interesting process. My insurance company wants a VIN number before they will give me proof of insurance. How did any of you handle that one?

Also, the insurance company won't insure a car built prior to 1980, so they want it to be called a 2011. Can I do that on the insurance and still register it as a 1964 replica???

Got it sorted out!!!! Computer system was giving the agent the wrong information; they will, in fact, cover it as a 1964 and will accept ERA VIN number.
