Default registration

I'm in the process of purchasing my 1st Cobra and would like some input as far as registering with DMV in Maryland. So, anyone in the Maryland area that can suggest any ways that will that will save time, money and hassles, please drop me a line.

I registered my car this past week. Time is money so I went to Motor Car Tag & Title in Gaithersburg. I completed the forms for title, registration and historic tags (no inspection, emissions) beforehand so I wouldn't have to fill it there. I was there for 15 minutes.

2 business days later I had my Backdraft Cobra titled as a "1965 Cobra CP" with historic tags. Paid $245 (not including sales tax). They know how the process works and the people at the DMV. I didn't need to wait at DMV or try and explain what a replica meant. Worth every penny.

At least it was logically connected. I suppose there might be newer ones he could have kicked.

Newer threads with up to date information, especially when it comes to registration and titling.

Clearly he did not read the "NEWBIES READ THIS FIRST" FAQ
