11 The Committee on Transportation (Webster) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment
15 On page 2, lines 6 - 14, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (2) The model year and year of manufacture which the
19 body of a custom vehicle or street rod resembles is the model
20 year and year of manufacture listed on the certificate of
21 title, regardless of when the vehicle was actually
22 manufactured.

This is already in practice. CA of course will rip it up and redefine it, as will CT and other states that have a strict process.

Europe will love the title though

The way I read this it goes into effect 07/01/07 ......I can hold off till then to titleWOOOOOOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEEEE Or am I jumpin the gun is it final or could it still hit a snag
