Excuse my ignorance, So, whats next with this?? Does it go into effect in July or does it need to pass more obstacles??

The house bill 545 is on the way to the Policy & Budget Council next.

Today the Senate bill 124 had

Total Yeas: 38 Total Nays: 0 Total Missed: Total Votes: 38

This has been a very interesting learning process for me that I don't fully understand, but I have been keeping track of which committee/council it goes to and I email all the members to support the bill.

The House Bill 545 and Senate Bill 124 which are almost identical have been favored with no opposition.
So far I would say everything looks good for July, unless it breaks down some where.
