Default Registration for foreign people

I'm in the process to order a new turnkey cobra replica, or nuy a good used one.

I live in Europe, so I'm not a US citizen, but, since in Europe it's very difficult to register an USA car, I need a pre-registration in USA before ship the car. Better if this can be an "as 1965" car title.

I understood that I've to pay all taxes in USA before registration process.

But, my question is: there are some probems or special procedures in USA to register a new car to a foreign citizen ? I could have the same problem in the case of change of ownership for a used car ?

Your help will be very appreciated.

Bye,
PP.

Europe??? which country, each country has their own vehicle import laws. You need to know yours.

This will help on the U.S. side....

So seems that I don't have to register any "change of ownership" in the title before shipping in Europe.

I've only to present car and original title to custom.....

Contact Superformance or Backdraft and have it shipped directly to Italy from Africa

Yes, plus notarized bill of sale and contact names, addresses, phone numbers of all involved. Believe me, after working with customs for 30+, they could ask you for what you think you don't need, and hold up shipping until they get it.
