SC Registration Procedure ?
I made an inquiry to the SC DMV regarding out of state transfer registration for a kit car/replica that is currently registered in another state and has the out of state Title, reply below. Correct or, a safety inspection is not required and SC does not have emissions testing for kit cars/replicas ?
