PA Question

My cobra is currently titled as a 2006 in MA, and I have an interested buyer in PA. Will PA require current emissions testing? Any advice?

Is your VIN state issued by your current state? If so, then it will be titled as a 2006 "whatever", however, it will also be classified as a special construction vehicle as such no emissions will be required.

It is titled as a 2006 REPLI and then under Model Name it is listed as a COBRA. The VIN is only a 5 digit assigned number.
