For Sale
We are closing our doors!
For sale, 2 doors and a hood left over from our early prototype.
It won't fit any thing else currently available. It didn't fit the prototype. It won't even fit TURK's car.
That is why the price is reasonable.
Also available some shop equipment.
10-Stir sticks
12-Empty mixing cans
1- Large plastic resin bucket (empty)
2 DOZEN paper cups
Large box of napkins and plastic utensils from employee lounge
Some hand tools we have borrowed from neighbors and friends.
The reason we have elected to close our doors at this time is due to stiff competetion from our competitors.
With our current pricing, we can't see how we could possibly sell another car. While we have been jacking our prices up our competitors with far better ancestory than us have been busy dropping their prices down.
This pretyy well means the end for our crew. I am afraid other manufacturers won't fare any better.
This could all lead to an all out COBRA PRICE WAR with double frequent buyer miles and even green stamps.
We'll stand on the sidelines and watch. You never know we may develop another car at another time, depending how the market pans out. At the mean time we are going to devote our entire time, bringing in Tax Free Canadian and , Brazilian Lottery tickets into US.
We are also going to devote much needed time to our Ministry, where we have been very active in taking care of multiple homes for wayward kids (Girls, between the ages of 26-36).
All donations are still welcome. If you can't at this time, make monetary donations, please send in the Girls.
WHACK!!
That hurt. My wife never can tell when I am serious or kidding. Just like Evan Harris.
I was JUST KIDDING HONEY!!
We have come a long way, but I hope Evan doesn't mind me calling him "Honey"!
CEO

Seats?
I saw a set of Road Serpents seats fitted to an ERA recently. They were covered in some sort of green cloth. Do you have any of those left? Do they fit any other cars? I will take the stir sticks if they are in good shape. How much?

Kris,
If you had looked more closely you would have noticed the green cloth was in fact green stamps. Seems that road serpents got a run on the stamps and were pasting them every where. Guess they lost the books....

Mr. TURK,
I can understand why you called Evan "Honey" as I understand he has real purty lips and they're "the real thing", no replicas there! Now I've noticed that he claims something about a 4-2-7.
Unless my math is poor that equals 13 which is really unlucky, so I'd be a little cautious about being around that guy. He may have one of those contagious tropical diseases like cobraphillia or something!

You TOO Kris?
After I fed you in Reno, you turn on me too?
I know Dan would turn on his own brother (adopted brother). You, I would have expected more from.

Turk,
I thought we traded lunch for a ride in a REAL 289 Cobra???? If you are sold out of the seats, thats ok. I really need the stir sticks, though. Do you accept checks?

Legal matters.
Kris,
I just need to know if the ride provided in that 289 car was done so as a friend or in the capacity of an SAI employee.
If it was a ride provided by SAI, I think I am going to sue you personally for the lemonade stains on the only shirt I brought with me that day.
There are better ways of measuring G-Forces besides how much lemonade your passenger spill on himself.
Initialy I had agreed to trade a ride for a lunch. You never disclosed how much you could eat. If it was a fair trade, we would be still riding in that Cobra today.
There is only one other person I know who can eat that much. he lives in CT.
Stir sticks are on the way, since I have put on my "Good Turk" behaviour I won't be needing any "stir " sticks. Unless the posters don't show up.
I wish I had known Bob Marsh was headed to Monterey Historics, I could have picked them up there in person.
I needed a place to ride my bike this weekend, Monterey is as good as any and I may drop by and say hello to him.

Turk,
I am sorry about the lemonaide stains. I sincerely thought you heard me when I mumbled "hang on!" It was just a coincidence that you were taking a drink at the same time.
Although it was a big lunch, Once around the block should be equal? Did you read the contract?
Thanks for the stir sticks. I look forward to stirring things.

Thanks

Kris,
If I don't get to personally thank Bob in Monterey, please do so for me. I got the posters, and I am ecstatic. I am not even sure if that is the right spelling but I am it!
As for the lemonade stains, don't worry. I don't think I spilled as much on me as I did on the right passenger seat. Clean it before you sell it, it is sticky. It will eat right through Aluminum.

Jealous Now??
TURK,
Certainly being jealous has been misinterpreted....I've always liked the CSX's, I know that you couldn't be referring to that "project car" in your garage or your "Harley Diaper" as David Kirkham affectionately calls your head wear! I hope that you have your address is located somewhere visible on your cobra so the local law enforcement folks know where to escort you!
DDS/The First Edition
The last time that I attempted to follow YOUR leadership, we BOTH received warnings about waving to females. Yeh right, they look over 18. And YOU were supposed to come back with some help to fight those guys....it's a good thing that I had my track shoes on and my feet don't fail me now philosophy!!

With my leadership that is NOT the only trouble we got into. I almost had both of us barred from this forum foir life!
Just hang close, being my friend is always an adventure. There is always something new!
We may even need a good lawyer to defend us, if need to.
Do you know any? I only know Evan!

Ohmygod, not Evan!
TURK,
Let's see, we know Evan, Tom T and wtcobra, all of whom would volunteer to stir the tar and administer mass quantities of feathers, should we ever need legal counseling. I can see it now, they'd be smiling with big bows in hand, with a little note saying "Merry Christmas early, bubba" or "chestnuts roasting over an open fire". I'm almost inclined to get into my "Alice's Restaurant" rant, but it's late, so I'll spare you. Actually, I think that Larry Winget from Venture is posing us to run Wayne Stoker and Guy Childers ragged....I really think that he's enjoying the dialog and fur flying as he drinks his morning coffee. Now if we could only convince him that making us happy CSX owners would improve their future 1000%, we'd be in business!
