Me too Bill!!! I am at the New England State fair selling my Big Belly Banks. It's open 17 days, 14 hours per day! But, I sell a tractor trailer full of banks and in this economy I can't afford to miss that income. Maybe next year.

I like the color of the car. I painted my Cobra Corvette Atomic Orange. Is this the same color. It sure looks it.

A Big Belly Bank is a coin bank that uses my patented coin track to "eat" your money. I have alot of designs, such as Dinosaurs. I made them for my children while recovering from being hit between a car and truck as a pedestrian. I took them to a craft show and sold 970 of them in 4 days. Since them I have sold 700,000 of them. It's because of my banks that I am able to play around with building my cars.

I hope that you at Run n Gun have a great and safe time.

The Shell Valley car not only looked great, it ran flawlessly! You guys really build a nice car. I would also say that these guys are just great guys to hang out with.

Thanks for coming to R&G this year. I hope to see you there for many years to come!

Was "Head On Photo's" there for Run and Gun?

I ordered my pics from them for SAAC-35, at the event,,, I'm still waiting for the pics. I'm sure they will show up, eventually, someday, but it would have been nice to post a few pics immediately after the event. Weeks later and folks have moved on to the next one.

Speaking of which, where are the pics from R&G? You guys still using FILM or did your order through Head On Photos or what?

Hastings is a long drive for most of us. I'm home because I had to leave early but Clois just got home. I have a lot of pictures. I just takes some time to get the trailer unloaded and get some rest. The pictures will be forth coming. It was a spectacular event.

I did get the Weber's sorted out for Friday's sessions. I had a few other things that fall under the heading of "operator error/new build bugs" that sidelined me for the rest of the day. I had set a departure time of 4pm to head for home and I just ran out of time. The car is ready to roll now and I will be at the next event ready to give it hell!

Fordzilla,

John was kind enough to donate a box of Big Belly Banks for us to auction off for this years charity (silent auction). His banks were a big hit with many people, even some of our old crusty drivers. Check them out on his web site at www.bigbellybanks.com

I believe after all was said and done we donated over $1000 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Thanks to all that bid on Johns wonderful creations.
