Default Special TV Coverage for RNG in the works

I have been talking with a former ABC Wide World of Sports producer that is interested in filming at this years RNG and roll that into a series he is producing with his partners (one of which has won 9 emmey's). Dean and I are preparing a "Story Board" for him to present to the network next week. Additionally, there will be some "movie stars" involved in this since he will be using 6 Kirkhams in his show which has 6 venues they must perform at and Run N Gun is likely to be the final event.

This should get the attendance up a little more this year!

More to come as everything unfolds...plus Dean and I have had a request to put on an event similar to Run n Gun in Virginia in the near future. Now you know you have to be at this years Run n Gun.

Clois,

I am planning to join the event for the first time, however I wanted you to know I checked out the website today...

1) the events page did not load and I wanted to see what the events were and the times but could not.
2) I also notice that the sponsors page did not load and referenced 2008 sponsors - to you have a list of 2009 sponsors, is it different?

Our web site is still being developed but it is piggy backing off the St. Louis Cobra Club Web site for now. Thanks for your info I will contact Mark to see if he can help.

As far as the manufacturers we have not finished that page. Dean and I should have that info on the site next week.

Default ERA Storyboard

" ... the two silver ERA 427's, serials 739 and 745, are the dark horses among the shiny, favored Kirkhams. If you squint, you can't tell who is who ... but if you listen ... the roar of the Keith Craft 482s at full bay tells the tale. The Kirkhams are pretty, and their drivers have matching Nomex suits, professional manicures, hired haulers, and umbrella girls ... but the ERAs are BEASTS. Their drivers are used to killing their own food ... the aftermath ... aluminum chaff, broken fingernails, and spoiled umbrella girls ... and grinning Kramer and SSSammy cavorting for the TV crew ..."

Howzzat?

For everyones information we are hoping to have the web site completely updated by this weekend. Believe me Mark Earls is doing a fantastic job dealing with Dean and I because we have been lax in getting him the informatio to post in a timely manner. If any of you have any aspirations of owning your own web site and need a designer you need to consider Mark Earls and his staff know their stuff. This is not a paid comercial just a little appreciation recognition for someone special that is trying to promote Run N Gun and help a couple farts like Dean and I.
