Does your frame allow for clearance of that monster oil filter?

That's just on there to cover the hole, it's getting remote.

Started rough flare templates today.
Installed NOS Lucas tailights and added bungee holes for boot tie down.
What do you think?

Looks fantastic!
The bungee hole on original comp cars had ring with a small center indentation that went through the body. Does someone make those or are you going to have to make them?

Larry
I have a pair just not mounted as they will remain unpainted in raw ally after paint. Nice eye catching that detail!

Looks great, Jeff! I'm betting you'll beat me to getting your car on the road before mine!

Looks great! Are the bungee grommets a an item you can buy somewhere? I just put some rings in there, on my car. I haven't been able to get a close up look at a car that has them yet to see how they are made.

Hyde
There is no magic on these they are simply ally washers with a 9/16" center hole with 1.25" outer diameter and about 3/32" thick. All the originals I have had the opportunity to inspect seem to differ so I chose something that was close to what I have seen the most of. SAI didn't go out of there way to make it hard, washers do the trick.
I have seen most applied via 4 rivots however I have seen some with 3, I will do 4. ERA sells them in a cut form, $25 pair if I remember right, washers are about $0.50 each.
Had the ERA version on my CCX.
