You can't tease us with a motor shot & not show us how she sits. How does she look, ride height wise? Engine compartment is going to look nice!

She will settle a bit. The era will sit a bit high after a tire change. A push down on the fender will settle her back

Jeff
Looking sweet, what was the reason for going with the IDF over IDA's
I would love to see it some day in person.
Cheers.

I chose the IDF as I was told they are easier to adjust for street use. Also I had a set available to me that were never wet, therefore I bought them.

I'm sure it is. I don't think they are still around. Repo only. That's where I got mine.

Yah, that is their bracket. I'm waiting for mine to arrive. I think they just did another run of them recently.
Looks good my friend!

I talked to them at the Coronado vintage races. The bracket is outstanding and an exact reproduction of the original. I should have bought one then but didn't.
Thinking if ordering one though.

I bought the bracket through John Bessey, he cast it and very nicely done. A must for 289 car as it is a Cobra only item. I decided to avoid the painting of it as I like the cast appearance and patina it will have in years to come.

Looks great, what brand are the black fuel lines? Just curious because I'm in the middle of changing all my fuel lines over to teflon lined hoses due to the terrible petrol smell in my garage. I didn't know when I installed them, rubber lined braided hoses gave of petrol vapors after a few months. I was wondering if anyone made teflon lined hoses with the black covering?
Regards.
