I used 3021 as a paint code match. Over the years it no doubt changed and as it stands a closer relative to a Chrysler shade.

Very close to the Sunlit Gold for used in the late 60's.A friend of mone told me several years ago that the paint manufactures developed colors and would approach the car companies and contract to them to "lock" that color for a year or two for their exclusive use on new cars. The car company would come up with a marketing name for their use. It would then sometimes sit idle for a few years and come back with another car company- same chemistry, different name for them.
When I recently repainted my 67 Mustang and was looking for the color code I discovered 67 Mustang Candy Apple red was used several years foe different car companies on different years with different names just to prove my friend's comment.

Finally ready for the road.
Added ERA door pockets and a nice repop of the Halibrand spinner with the CAL versus the CA on most.

I would be happy to take those terrible "Halibrand CA" spinners off your hands if you haven't already thrown them in the trash

Rubber gaskets were leaking pretty bad.
Found it time to replace with cork gaskets to avoid continued oil seepage.
Also back to original chrome VC.
Cinched up headers.
Now awaiting a non raining day to see what happens.

Jeff,
Beautiful! And sounds great too.
Just one thing: did Rube Goldberg have the patent on the accelerator linkage LOL

Winter “21” changes
Replaced hardened fuel lines with cotton wrapped fuel lines.
Also added gold seal clamps via my friend John Bessey.
All I need now is to replace the hardened rear tires.
Not sure I will not go to poly glass style or even Dunlop style traded tires??
Any views on the rear tires?
Current billboards on back power union up front.
Possible rear to Polyglass H or Dunlop?

The Dunlop tires sure look great! (Post-Historics) I don't have any experience with them to comment though. Wish I did!

Jeff,
For a street car I think the Dunlops would work well. They may also give you a little more latitude with driving on those cold New Hampshire days.

Always liked the look of the Dunlop and lets face it the only see's action once annually on a track so for street they may be the pic.....
I also considered avon's however thats back to almost race. I used to use the G6 on the rear until one rainy day when we alomost landed in a morge.
The Billboards are nice on the rear, just big it seems.
The Powercushions up front are way better than expected and I run those on the AC, they just dont have enough bite for the rear.
Not familiar at all with the Polyglass type. Just thought it may play well with the Powercushions up front.
