Media Blasting in Sacramento, CA area?

Hi, in the process of working on one of my cars and on removal of the quarter panels am finding a skip coat of body filler on some areas of the panels. What is odd is that for other than one small dent/what appears to be a rust hole, the metal underneath the body filler seems fine.

So, recognizing I have no idea what I am doing, wondering if anybody has experience working with a media blasting company here in the Sacramento, CA. area? Idea would be to take the panels in, have them stripped on both sides and then primed. Another interesting option one vendor has here locally is the ability to spray some kind of a metal compound that is apparently good (at least according to them) of filling small rust hole (I can weld a bit, but I am not great).
