Default Alum body

Hello, The alum body appears to be a repaired RF corner and not a complete new body. Can you explain the fotos of the alum work please? Did you start with a damaged body?

Thanks very much, very nice build
regards, Karl

Might help if you go through the entire thread, this is the start of the new aluminum body for Kevin's car, right front corner and nose panel.
No body mentioned a complete body? Or repairing RF corner

The gray body underneath is my buck (fiberglass) that is used as a guide to shape the aluminum panels.

You got to start somewhere!

This is a fun project, brake and clutch pedal.
Just about have everything ready to complete the construction of the brake and clutch pedals for this build.
Cut and bent the arms up, turned the outer sleeves, ( just need to finish machining to size to accept the bushings ) then a little welding and off to powder coating.

How thick are those pedals 3/8 or 5/16?

Got a few things done today, clutch and brake pedal arms back from powder coating, made up the pedal pad springs and assembled.
Now I can finish building out the pedal box.

Thanks guy's

On today's menu, Fiberglass,
the foot boxes need a little bit of work, but good enough to salvage and live a new life.
