Here it's my windscreen assembly from latest build
made from stainless steel, steel and aluminium
polycarbonate glass
flexible accessories mounting holes on side post for M6 bolt&nuts

i've initially built this as fastback hardtop from scratch. now, i've modified to bubble hardtop.

those are advanti storm s1 17x8
front: 215/50R17 rear: 245/45R17

i'm playing with the idea to make similar to dunlop wheels and knock off adaptors although difficult to find good 15" tires.

it's my second DIY steering wheel: 5mm aluminium laser cut from my CAD drawing and 8mm plywood in either side for trails. i'll replace plywood with rosewood etc. this time split center with 25mm offset.

Thank you. i've created 3d model based on limits of flatten version for laser cut


I could not make it happen for September 9th since i'm going cross the pond on 3rd week of September.
But I will be join NH cobra breakfast (@ windmill 9:00 ?) on October 14th

Amazing: I came up with almost exactly the same seat! Made a cardboard template in 2022 and had the laser guys draw it up. Just without the holes! Are you stealing my data? - lol
