I guess the aluminium tank is same as bdr plastic tank so I guess it's a drainback line, i havent seen tha actual ali tanks

Thanks Bob , I will get the same sender as you have with the new tank and pump, see how that goes, as I understand there's nothing fundamentally wrong with the bdr setup.

The engine is appx circa 08 I believe, virtually new with only 350 km , tremec 5 speed manual gearbox, I believe these crate motors were rated at around 350 hp.
