Looks to me that it is a 15 split wheel?
Probably prefered as the 16" can be limiting while driving.
Is it an Original?
Does it have 427?
Is it made in Mexico?

Both cars are sold. Yes, they were HST cars and as far as we know they were the only cars any dealer had in inventory.
Did you realize that several dealers have had their licenses revoked for selling cars under MSRP?

Not according to RodKnock. He swears it's real and evidently has put enough Cobra pundits on his payroll to back up his position.

They are indeed HST cars as Jesse said but they are a whole new generation compared to the earlier cars. Shelby Parts and Restoration are really great to deal with and have everything you would need for these and Mustangs and it's at the right price. They have the 15" split spoke wheel as standard and with the big comfy Shelby seats under them I prefer them with the column at the top of its height adjustment. The fit of the panels is fabulous and the bodywork and paint is absolutely superb. There's NOTHING like the real thing! I "REAL"ly like the red one..........

A Kirkham Cobra is a Cobra and not a replica, but not an original Cobra or a Shelby Cobra, and they are listed in the SAAC World Registry as a Kirkham Cobra with no mention of the term replica.
OK did I sound enough like Evan?
Chris, Evan and I hashed this out a few weeks back. You will find the thread using the following search phrases: " Evan was wrong" or " RodKnock was right."

If you have standing inventory, and given this economy, then why would selling under the MSRP be cause for revocation of one's license? Seems to me that it's common practice among car dealers or any company in the retail industry.

Kirkhams are great cars, I dont think anyone will argue against that. I dont think you will hear any complaints about their customer service either. It all comes down to what you want or "expect" out of your car... whether is bang for the buck or resale value.

Yes, the ROI is far greater with the CSX.

I'm not here to play SA's advocate or criticize their policy on this issue, although I can guess they might have issues with dealers undercutting other dealers. We carry a few lines of High Performance parts with similar policies, one of whom was fairly specific in saying it was unacceptable to sell under MSRP _especially_ in this economy. We are not talking about commodities with huge wholesale networks here. I can imagine when you have a relatively small dealer network carrying a rather specialized product the last thing you want to do is let any of your dealers get screwed by letting another dealer seriously undercut them just to get the car off the books and hopefully get some billable labor out of it...especially when the "screwed" dealer may have been a very loyal and reputable dealer for many years. The bottom line is we are their dealer and it is their rule so thats that. "Value added", however, is another story... and that is something we can definitely provide while charging the required msrp. Our primary business is not selling cobras, so we really are not struggling to rush these cars out the door.
How many new rollers are out there on the market right now? How many for under msrp? So how does the fact that a car sold 4 months ago for greatly under msrp either by a dealer who lost their dealership for it or a private party who had to "blow it out" dictate what is a good deal right now when there is currently a 4 month wait for a car that cant be sold under msrp?
