Since it's untitled and operational, since all the receipts are more than likely in someone else's name, this particular build will be extremely difficult to sell to a CA buyer, assuming it's still available for sale.
If the CA buyer is lucky, then the seller kept all the paperwork and can prove the engine and tranny were installed separately from the selling CSX dealer. Then the only hurdle would be getting the DMV to accept the entire story and get it "SB100-registered" even though not one of the receipts are in the new CA buyer's name.
A very, very nice car, but with all the hub bub about Genesis products over at the FE Forum, I would kinda be worried about that aspect of the build.
