Any CSX cars running Trigo FIAs?
Are there any CSX4000s out there with Girling brakes running Trigo 6-pin FIA wheels? The backspacing is slightly different than the typical 6-pin Cobra II style Trigo Halibrands that most use. Do you have any issues with tire sizing or interference with the calipers?

That's a beautiful wheel. I can take measurements from our girling/trigo halibrand setup if it would help

With Kirkham 427 style suspension, FIA's on fronts required 3/8" spacer to work with Wilwood caliper. They would work without spacers with girling......Ron

Yeah, I like the look of it better than the standard halibrand cobra IIs. Maybe it's the Daytona Coupe connection, or whatever. You don't see many 427s with FIAs. I have a set of the cobra IIs and a lead on a very cheap set of the FIAs. I may pull the trigger. The price is so right I'm thinking it may be worth the gamble even if they don't fit.

Man, that's a beautiful pair of Cobras, Ron. Love the 289. I'd have done one of them if they were available when I bought mine.......

They fit over the Girlings just fine. I use to have a set of Trigo FIA wheels and I do have girling brakes.
