Shelby Registry
I have a CSX 6000 series cobra and, as with all CSX cobra owners, I was told that their CSX # and histories are all tracked in the Shelby Registry. However, I can never seem to find which registry the 6000 series are listed in. There is the World Registry, which does not include them.
I guess I am simply looking for confirmation on what this registry is....and where I can actually see my CSX listed.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Saac.com would be the registry that will track your cars history
As for seeing your cars history online, sorry no

You can email Kevin, the SAAC Registrar for continuation-series Cobras at 4000registrar (at) saac.com.
The online entry form doesn't seem to have a place yet for CSX6000 cars: SAAC - Component Cobra

Nedsel (Ned) on this site can probably best answer your question.

Brian is steering you in the right direction with the form to Kevin. He is our registrar for 4000's. The last registry came out while they were still in the 4000's. The next one will include the 6000's I'm sure.

I think Mickmate is right. Don't think the 6,000's were out yet during last publication of the registry (it's not published every year), but I'm sure the next one will include them.

I heard about that guy, sold his CSX2000 and bought a COX6000 series car.
Now upset the CSX crowd does not want anything to do with him

Yeah. Walk in, walk out. It's been the same stuff for about 35 years now.

Is it real? I heard the CSX guys say the COB cars are just a replica of the original

Well, as long as they realize the COX cars are legit, I'll let the COBs fend for themselves. They look funny, going down the road with someone in the passenger seat and no one driving.
