I noticed this continuation car up for auction at Barrte-Jackson.

My question is this....If it cannot be licensed or titled in California, what about the other states?

I believe that verbage is legally part of the settlement that arose over the nasty litigation with the State of California over the "completion" (not continuation) cars.

That exact wording has to appear on the MSO paperwork. I believe that CA. only recognizes the 'completion' cars as "race cars, not for street use"

They don't list a CSX number.
The picture that they show for #685 is, I believe, CSX3060
