Why would I still want to spend my money on an outfit like SAI that does not have the courtesy to reply to 3 emailed enquiries.

or pick up the phone and call. I find that not all companies are email responsive (at least on a quick basis) unless you have a direct name to send to , like BOb Marsh has so generously offered ! In my working days I would get over 100 emails a day , most of which generated or requested a reply...it was difficult to keep up despite good intentions. These were on top of the reams of written hard copy 'paper' mail that came in, sometimes a dupe of an email inquiry. Those that called got their answer immediately or sooner than they would have by email. these pc's have become the 'cb radios' of the new millenium, much of it gibberish and not worth much. Alas, I am guilty of contributing to that gibberish of extraneous material for someone to read or delete. . Bill

SAI has asked Brent Mills to lock this tread and let it slip into the archives.
