Well thats not "exactly" an easy question to answer.

Some say it's California, but the "plant" is in Capetown. The CAV headquarters web site does not say at all. "CAV" has been around since 1998. Some perspective on that? SAI has been making continuation Cobras since 1996.
"CAV Holdings" also makes a VERY nice GT-40, that was their first project. The "marine" division makes inflatable boats (held in high regard by the way).
Hmmm,,,,since they now have the "rights" to produce the Shelby Cobra do you think some will say the "C" in CAV stands for Carrol?
One thing for sure, they are a highly rated company with an excellent track record and an impressive manufacturing facility.

WHO the heck are these people in Malta making a carbon fiber AC Cobra for SAI??? THEM I know NOTHING about!
