Thanks to all for the turn around of the post,
I am not saying that CS is the only man responsible for the Cobra but I can say he is most likely the only original still busting ass to take it to the next level. We are trying to keep focused on the original product and bring it up to medern spec in the form of a modern Cobra (not to be confused with upgrading a CSX4000).
Thanks for the endorsement on modern performance niche vehicle development and production decooney, I have to admit this is more of a passion for CS than a profit center and weither or not anyone wants to believe it Carroll is quite simply a performance nut that wants the world to enjoy the same.
I wish you all a Joyful Holiday Season and look forward to a fruitful (had to say it) New Year for all members and their families (even you deacon or should I say Guy),

Turk is right. Its Cleo, and she's CS' boss and in control, so we will see what develops in the future.

Deacon,
I am listening.
I check this thread as well as others about SA sometime. Please do not email me.
Shelby American or Shelby Automotive?
A friend.

Brent F.,
Thanks for the Holiday Wishes, and the same to you and yours! I must say it has been a challenging year for everyone, and more so for some... I will say, as I always have said, that CS, Yourself, and others (even former employees) at Shelby have done a heck of a job keeping things alive, everyone are true professionals.
For "A Friend", thanks for the note, but I am not exactly sure what you are saying, but I thank you none the less.
For CS - Keep going big guy, you are the man!
Thanks
Guy

Does Carroll Shelby ever check in on this site BTW? A question I have always wanted to ask.

To all,
Carroll does not look at the site, to be quite honest he does not use a computer much and would rather be kept up to date by hard copy. On some occassions I have printed out certain threads and discussed them with him but he quite often gets very emotional and does not understand that we are all Cobra fans in one way or the other.
I have kept him abreast of the concerns when they are legitimate and he certainly does want to make sure the customers of SAI are treated as they should be at all times.

Brent,
I really appreciate this reply. First off, hope you had a happy holiday I assume with your loved ones. 2ndly, I see you are working the day after XMAS--go have some fun!!. Your reply is really appreciated and I appreciate the feedback. It is nice to see that Carroll is kept up to date on the Cobra scene. It is also a great answer.
Remind Carroll that he kicked Enzo's ass. Not many can say that!!

Ok "A Friend", what are we trying to say with this picture? That the cars in at Shelby? That someone can't punch in a straight line? Let me know what you are going for here....In any case have a good one.

Everyone...
I would like to think that because we are all Shelby or cobra fans in one way or another, is precisely the reason why we can talk the way we do about things on here. Let me know if I am wrong about this one...thanks

I see no conspiracies here.
Then again, I see people acting in such a manner as they should not. Someone I used to work for spelled it out this way
"Less is more"
