Default S. Africa cobras

Hello everyone. I'm trying to get as much info as I can about these new cars(color options, waiting time, etc...).What I'm really hoping for is some recent pics of them, perhaps from "SAAC Does Vegas." If any of you guys could help me out. I've been reading all of the great posts regarding the new cars. Has anyone received one yet?? Also, who do you recomend is the best Shelby American dealer in the Northwest.

Turk, if you're reading, thanks so much for the ERA video!! I'm back drooling in front of the big screen TV...

Cheers, Hinds

Almost forgot! Some of you may know about the "Mustang Club Of America" event taking place in Nashville TN mid April. I'm going to attend, and I'm hoping to see some ERA cars and maybe an example of the S. Afica cobras there also. Does anyone know if either of these two manufacturers will perhaps have a booth with some demos or info. Dying to see more of these cars.

Thanks again! Hinds

Hi Hinds:

Unfortunately, last time this question was asked it led to a free-for-all with several very emotional responses and questions as to various persons' motivations--myself included.

Suffice to say, there were quite a few pics on this site, but they may have been pulled, or they may be hard to find. Perhaps Turk can help in this regard also. I have seen many pictures, but more importantly, I have seen the cars up close and in person on at least three occasions. The first time at Coronado Vintage races back in Oct, the next time at Barrett-Jackson in January, and recently at SAAC does Vegas last weekend. SAI is bringing them to shows all over the U.S and perhaps they will wind up near you soon. Its well worth a look.

Most persons that have seen them will attest to some very nice-looking cars, excellent fit and finish, and so on.

I would call SAI to find the next showing.

Lastly, SAI has a web site for those that have ordered cars and there you are able to obtain additional information.
