Halibrand center section paint

Does anyone know what's the color code of the dark grey paint that is sometimes used for the center section of Halibrand wheels like these:

I don't have a specific color code, but anyone's mix for "Titanium" will be awfully close. For example, BMW's or VW's current mixes for titanium are very similar.

Powder coating is best, as the paint chip's off .
