Both cars are built to the same specs, but there ARE subtle differences. I have seen several Hi-Tech built cars in the past few weeks, and they have many "detail" differences from the HST built cars. Nothing that makes them any less of a Cobra, just noticable differences if you've seen an HST car. Both are correct, because both are CSX Cobras. Just like there were many differences in original Cobra production details.
And for what it's worth, both HST and Hi-Tech built CSX Cobras are VERY nicely built cars. Anyone should be proud to own either build car.

This is correct. When I came on board, we had over 130 cars on back order, we struck a deal with Superformance to make cobras, to Shelby specs, just like the HST cars. All the Fiberglass cars come through las Vagas to be finished off.
Superformance also makes a mark III and other cars, these are no the shelby's they make for us, this was a new mold from one of our cars. It took a while but we have delivered all the backordered cars and we are adveraging 6 months delivery now.
