Old racing photos from the Remington library
Here's a few photos from some archives which you may have not seen before. Most are from LeMans in '66 and '67, with a few others thrown in for good measure.

This one is my favorite. This is just before the very first race of the new GT-40 at Daytona in 1965. Ken Miles and Phil Remington discussing the possibilty of installing an inline-six from one of the Ford Falcons parked behind them.

Bob,
Thanks for the photos
Theses are the things from racing history we rarely if ever get a chance to see--makes fo great viewing and speculation.

Wow, Bob, these are great. I am seeing them with new eyes here at CC. They have been in our home for years, and of course I have seen them, but they were rarely discussed until now.
I love that you guys are enjoying these family treasures.
TOO COOL that you finally got my dad out to the SAC thingy. My mom used to encourage him to go, but he has never been a "profiler" as my dad would say. So he never went. But it would appear that he had a great time. Thanks for picking him up!
