255 Small block with 58 IDA's
Here is what I believe to be a picture of a 255 Ford with 58 Weber IDA's being dyno'd during development fo the 63 Indy race.
Sure is a lot of carburetor for this size engine, note the orientation of the carbs on the manifold, and color of block and heads. You can't see it but the front cover is entirely different with the distributor mounted at about a 30-45 degree angle on the front of the engine cover, rather than the conventional location.
