What is the function of this? DOes it direct cooling air so it cools better?
Also, will this fit both generations of SV cars?

It helps split the air to force it through the radiator more at speed. It also provides some down force to the front of the vehicle.

As far as I know it will fit both generations.

I don't have 'numbers' just customer feedback and what I have felt and experienced myself. Not trying to convince anyone of anything. Just wanted to share that it would fit
