There's loads of threads on fitment for extra-tall drivers. A quick search will bring them up. I will tell you one thing though - the adjustable seat tracks will have to go. You cannot afford the extra height of the tracks themselves. The seat will likely have to be bolted flat to the floor as far back as possible, maybe with a spacer under the front of the cushion to tilt it back against the rear bulkhead. Whether that will be enough depends on the car itself and how everything else (steering, pedals, etc.) is laid out.

Like Buzz says, there are lots of topics on "will I fit". As I've stated in every one of them do the following:
1. Try on every car you can. Visit car shows. Most owners are willing to let you sit in it. Also, be sure to sit in the passenger side. Sooner or later, you'll be a passenger. And you'll find most passengers consider a Cobra a very uncomfortable ride.
2. Remember that they are almost all different, both from manufacturer to manufacturer and even within generations of a single manufacturer. In the search trying on a "family", say Shelby CSX or Superformance, will get you familiar wth them.
3. Hand built, either from scratch or from a kit, have wide variations and you don't get much of a credit for trying on the family. Try on that car only.
4. Don't buy a car without sitting in the one you're writing a check for.
I learned this when I found that the proper position for the seat to the pedals left the steering wheel in my lap on SOME Superformance cars, but no CSX cars.
Also, it will depend somewhat on whether you are longer from waist down (long legs) or waist up (long torso). Some torso-tall folks have had seat cushion material removed, especially if your head goes above the windshield. Some have even removed the seat rails, but doing so removes any seat adjustment and can make long drives uncomfortable.
Good luck.

What size pants and shoes do you wear? I'm 6'1' and wear 34x34 pants and size 10.5 shoe and have driven a friends car with an automatic. If there was another pedal down there, ehhhhh?
I could work the gas and brake pedal with right foot very easily. If there was a clutch thrown in there , my knee would be caught behind the dash.

In the same boat as you. Hopefully someone or some clubs near you will let you seat test their cars.

Try sitting in a Lone Star, if you can. They have a longer wheelbase and proportions to go with it. If they are not side by side a 90" car, you'd be very hard pressed to tell the difference, at a glance.
