turn signal malfunction

After working perfectly, suddenly my turn signals are acting up. When activated the right turn only blinks at the rear and the dash indicator does not blink. The left turn does not work at all. When the hazards are on all four corners as well as the indicator dash lights blink. Fuses are ok and I am getting power out of the turn signal switch. HELP!!!
