screen on roll bar to reduce wind buffeting

What would you call the screen on the roll bar that reduces the wind buffeting? Any suggestions or examples?

One would need to form the screen material around the vertical roll bar with a zippered section to accomodate (clear) the 45 deg support bar. Should be fairly straight forward, but not sure how much benefit it would offer. Worth a try. I have considered myself.

I have seen a clear acrylic one on CC I think that had some nicely made billet clamps for it. They put them on high end factory cars and they work. Some Cobras give you a heck of a buffeting from behind as you go down the road. Found it Wind Screen between Roll Bars?

I made these for my BDR. They seem to work well for stopping the buffeting by it does increase the "at speed" noise. They are pretty easy to make. The wife likes them, it helps keep her hair from pushing foward around her face.
Make a pattern out of cardboard,
Cut the screen mesh (avail in most garden sections) about 1/4" smaller than the pattern.
Get some 1" nylon webbing (from REI),
Fold it in half over the edge of the screen add some velcro straps in key spots and sew.
Don't sew the bottom on all the way.
To make it keep its shape feed some weed-eater nylon cord inside the 1" web all the way around the around,
Now finish sewing on the bottom.

Cost about $15 for both

They are called "Wind Deflectors."

Made the deflectors like Rwliila4 they work well, but added a center piece about 6" high. Seems to help cut down on the wind coming through the middle.

I knew I'd seen something about these here before. I just was behind a BMW or something like it and noticed their screens and remembered the the buffeting of my hat from behind.
