Would a pump mounted fan help avoid overheating?

I thought that probably being in a cobra that there would be no p/s or a/c so that the pulley system would be changed AND most likely to an under drive one---this has too problems--don't pump enough water at slow speeds and doesn't generate enough electicity to run the type of fans needed for cooling at slow speeds/stopped in traffic--

If you go for a fan at j yard--get enough of the wires that connect to the connector plug for wiring--those pigtails are hard to find and it ain't just because they,re curly!!!
