DV informed me about Arizona Exhaust. Replaced both mufflers with the custom made open chamber from AE, deep and loud. Extremely satisfied!!

Bish,

I've heard a quick solution to your problem, if you can't or don't want to give the welder a try, is to drill through the outer pipe into the inner and insert two or three sheetmetal screws into the inner muffler. Cheap and easy. You can use stainless sheetmetal screws and if you place them judiciously, they will not be visible. Good luck.
