DOT legal Goodyears?

Are these tires DOT approved? I am about to start the licensing process, which requires DOT tires for the inspection in Colorado. When I looked at the tires that I currently have on my car, I couldn't find any DOT numbers like I expected, does this mean that they are not approved?
I am trying to attach a picture, if it doesn't make it, they are Goodyear Eagle #1 tires. I like the look, and think that I can clean them up a little, and would like to keep them.

generally most states require that the "DOT" rating be in raised letters on the sides with size/speed/code notations, if it's not there they are considered "non DOT approved". however, there are lax inspection stations in all states that might miss that point.
