Guys, sorry if it was a dumb question...Didn't have all the details at the time, and was pretty much at the point that I had to pay, so I needed timely information, and rushed the question out there.

In conclusion, we worked out the issue, and while it still is more than I expected, I feel satisfied with the work that was done, and the discount given based upon my concerns (didn't hold the company hostage with a post here to get it). Once I heard it, well, the big was back on my face!
