coil-over adjustment.
After installing a new jag. based rear-end recently in my Hawk 289 the riding height has changed. The rear came up about an inch and a half and the front went down . Altough the ride is O.K. now ,from what I can say,I'd like to lift the front for a better looking stance. I have AVO coil-overs in front and with the actual springs adjusting them to lift the front stiffens it too much....I imagine a different rate/length spring would solve that problem? Its unclear to me what I should be looking for: longer/ softer springs or same length/higher rated ones? Also rising too much would eventually bring the shock without any Extension capacity....in general what kind of shock traveling is considered as sufficient?
I should precise the rear cannot be brought down any further my under car mufflers' clearance being at a minimum now.
thank you.
