Make sure the ball stud is adjusted to the right height for your setup. Also, I usualy had to make my own pushrod so that it would be just the right length, about .250" freeplay when the piston is bottomed out in the slave. Measure the piston travel at the master cyl, calculate the volume of fluid displaced based on travel and diameter. Thjis volume of fluid will be pumped into the slave, so see how much travel it will get based on it's diameter. There may not be enough fluid getting pushed down there to fully disengage the clutch.
